The smartcard can be used at any card reader where Mastercard is accepted. Its use is not restricted to a merchant network. The only important thing is that the card reader is located within your selected region.
The budget is distributed in real time so that your card can be used immediately.
The card is not linked to your place of residence or work - you decide where and how you use your smartcard. You can create as many regions as you like so that you can pay with the HelloBonnie Smartcard at all Mastercard terminals throughout Germany.
The desired regions are based on contiguous zip code areas and have been legally defined by the Federal Ministry of Finance.
Yes, HelloBonnie has been audited for tax compliance by the commercial law firm Möhrle Happ Luther. So you can be sure that everything complies with the legal requirements.
You can simply use your HelloBonnie smart card like a normal credit card. Store it as a means of payment in the app of your chosen brand or pay directly online at the checkout. Payment is also possible with Apple Pay / Google Pay.

Yes, that is possible. As long as you have allocated your credit to a Benefit Space, you can also save it over several months - without a maximum limit.
Yes, after registration you will immediately receive the smartcard as a virtual card in your HelloBonnie Wallet and you can also easily integrate it directly into Apple Pay and Google Pay.
To do this, simply select our partner bank Swan in your Apple or Google Wallet and enter your HelloBonnie card details.
Absolutely! Feel free to email us anytime at support@hellobonnie.de with the brand you'd love to have as your personal benefit. As long as the brand accepts Mastercard as a payment method, we can make it your personal benefit within a few hours.
Once your company has introduced HelloBonnie, you will receive a registration link via email. After successful registration, you can access the HelloBonnie Wallet, our app for employees, directly on our website.
Currently, the HelloBonnie Wallet is web-based, so it can be conveniently used both on smartphones and via a traditional internet browser. Therefore, you won’t find an app in the Apple or Google app stores at the moment.
